How much does shipping cost?
Due to the varity of sizes and weights of our toys, shipping can only be calculated once you have placed everything in your cart to be totaled. You will have the option of editing your order before you are completely checked out if you would like to add or subtract any items from your cart. Shipping is based solely on the size and weight of your items.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped U.P.S. Due to the size and weight of some pieces we have found that U.P.S. is less expensive overall and will make sure you actually receive your products as expected. U.P.S. is also nice because you will have the ability to check the status of your order with a tracking number. U.P.S. does carry minimum charges so keep in mind, the more you order the better your shipping rate will be.
Are the toys built to last?
These toys are very durable and are made to hold up to the wear and tear of many years and many children. They are perfect for larger families, day care centers, doctor's offices, or anywhere there are children. They are larger and more sturdy than similar items you may have seen in stores.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders placed after 4:00pm Pacific Time are usually processed the next business day. Orders are processed and then shipped within 3-5 business days upon payment processing. Here at EducationalToysNow.com we offer the highest quality toys at the most competitive prices. If your order can not be completed we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation.
Will my order be difficult to put together?
Actually, most of the toys come ready to play with right out of the box. If your product requires any assembly, it is usually VERY minimal and we will send you easy to follow directions that will have your toy assembled or on your wall within a few minutes. You and your child we be enjoying your new toys quicker than you think!
Do you accept returns?
Prior authorization is required for all returns. You have 60 days from the invoice date to return a product with any manufacturers defects. Refused shipments are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All non-defective returns must be addressed in the first 3 days and are to be returned unused and in their original packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the return postage. EducationalToysNow.com will not accept returns of non-defective merchandise after 15 days.
What if I order something that can not be processed?
If your order can not be completed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order. We do apologize for any inconvienience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation.
I ordered a toy that has been discontinued. What can I do now?
We do our best to keep accurate inventory. Unfortunately, sometimes things are out of our control and certain products become unavailable due to limited editions or other reasons. If you ever order an item that we then find out has been discontinued or is out of stock we will do our best to track it down elsewhere. If we are unable to locate the item ordered, we will refund your money in full. We do apologize if this happens and thank you for your patience.
Where are the toys made?
Some of the toys are made in California. Other toys have parts that are made by Americans on American made machines in China and are shipped to a company in California where they are closely inspected and assembled before being shipped to you. (Note: All items are assembled in the factory to make certain the parts fit together perfectly, but may be shipped to you unassembled to make the carton more manageable or to protect more delicate parts.
