Shipping

There is a $30.00 minimum order. All orders are shipped UPS. Due to the size and weight of some pieces we have found that U.P.S. is less expensive overall and will make sure you actually receive your products as expected.  U.P.S. is also nice because you will have the ability to check the status of your order with a tracking number.  Here at EducationalToysNow.com we offer the highest quality toys at the most competitive prices and we offer 3 different shipping rates based on how much you spend.

Order Processing 

Orders placed after 4pm Pacific Time are usually received the next business day.  Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days upon payment processing . Here at EducationalToysNow.com we offer the highest quality toys at the most competitive prices. If your order can not be completed we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order.  Due to extreme demand of some of our products there may be as much as a 4 week back order.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation

Discontinues / Out of Stock

We do our best to keep accurate inventory.  Unfortunately, sometimes things are out of our control and certain products become unavailable due to limited editions or other reasons.  If you ever order an item that we then find out has been discontinued , we can do one of two things.  We can refund your money in full, or, if you prefer, you may have a store credit in the same amount to put towards other products   We do apologize if this happens and thank you for your patience.

Return Policy

Prior authorization is required for all returns.  You have 60 days from the invoice date to return a product.  Refused shipments are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  All non-defective returns must be addressed in the first 3 days and are to be returned unused and in their original packaging.  There is a 25% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the return postage.  EducationalToysNow.com will not accept returns of non-defective merchandise after 15 days. If a product is received damaged or not working, please contact us immediately and either replacement parts or a new unit will be sent out.
